Overview
At Nuzzle Pet Care, we partner with trusted suppliers to deliver premium pet products directly to your door. As a dropshipping business, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our suppliers — allowing us to offer a wide range of products while keeping prices competitive.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship to BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, supplier availability, courier workload during busy periods (such as Christmas), or any UK public holidays.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £40. Orders below this threshold may incur a standard shipping fee, which is displayed clearly at checkout before payment is taken.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at nuzzlepetcare@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple products sourced from different suppliers, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking notifications for each shipment. This will never result in additional shipping charges to you.
Customs & Import Charges
All products we sell are intended for UK delivery and are sourced through suppliers with UK shipping capabilities. In rare cases, items may be dispatched from international warehouses. Where this applies, any import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we will make this clear on the relevant product page.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including high postal demand, adverse weather, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will liaise with our supplier and courier on your behalf.
Nuzzle Pet Care is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your order.
